Hello, I have a DnD character I would like drawn out if possible. I have 3,455,957 gold. The character is a anthro bat. Eyes are a golden yellow, base is black with purple hair and the inside wings/ears are also purple.

Questions:
Are there arms or are the wings the arms?
Any clothes?
Is there any specific bat that it is based on?
What is their alignment?
