I got an wardrobe item for the 6th day of Festival login I opened the chest and it gave me an item now I cant find the item. I cant remember the exact name but it was some sort of Tail I think.This was this morning and I dont know what to do, I want it back but its gone now.

So the Retired Chest that you opened will give you a random old Winter Fest item. If you put it in your wardrobe then you'll be able to find it by going to the Wardrobe sorting your items by 'Owned' (that green check mark icon) and 'Winter Fest' (the snowman icon) and looking on the Tails tab if you think it was a tail. You ARE currently wearing a retired winter fest tail. Is that the one you're looking for?

Yeah it wasnt there when I opened it but it randomly appeared the next morning,
