Hi, I'm new to the site. You can call me Rain if you'd like. I'm in my twenties and a big fan of exploration and avatar games. But with this one, I am of course most drawn to the pets. I'm pretty proud of my starter pet if I do say so myself lol. I definitely spent way too long picking it out.
Please let me know if you have any advice!

Hello and welcome to Sylestia!
Your starter pet is indeed very pretty - I love the violets you've picked for her! :)
When it comes to advice I'd recommend to try to look into the Guides you can find in the forum, they explain quite a lot of things you might want to know.
Since the site offers so many things you can do - especially now, you joined during the winter festival - it can easily overwhelm you at first.

Thank you! I'll take more of a look in the guides section. I've read a few but could go for more!
Yes, there are parts that are a bit overwhelming and most of that is festival-related, but I'm trying to participate in what I can, and what I can't I know I can always get to later or just sit out this time.
