Past festivals have had the 'all tasks' completion task that rewards an avi token, if I remember correctly. Where's fall's? (borrowed Littlemidna's task list xD)

Looks like both Fall and Winter Festivals didn't have it. I have added the task to both.
Players will need to earn something towards their current tasks in order to have the new task update.
