I ask this every year, but how often do i put the things on the brews?

i haven't counted it exactly, but it should be ~1 hour between agents

generally time between agents ranges between ~40 minutes to 1h5m. I'd suggest setting a timer for 40 the next time you add an agent to your brew, then find out if the brew is waiting for another or not when it goes off, and then checking at 5 minute increments until it does.
That's my general strategy (haven't done any brewing yet this year so I can't give an exact time, but it's the same strategy regardless of fest)
