My current party pets are :
Slot 1 : Tifa slot 2: all hallows eve slot 3: level up

I need help with my party set up, it's near impossible to survive a battle even against the easiest of bandit enemies...before it was easy and only was drawn out for bosses. I changed something about the party awhile back and it hasn't worked since. Any help is very much appreciated! If any of my other sylesties would work better, armor ect please let me know.

Tifa: should be full Warden (or Tidal Lord failing that). Earth pets don't need Dex, they aren't there to deal damage outright, they're there to be a wall. As such, dex- which raises accuracy and critical hit rate- isn't as useful for them as agi- which raises evasion and defences)

Currently she has:
Storm Caller relic (str/dex, so at least raising the correct damage stat, but the wrong second stat),
Warden helm (str/agi, correct),
Illusionist bracer (int/agi, so the correct non-damage stat but wrong damage stat. It does give more agi than a base-tier exotic pyro bracer, but not as much as a vinethorn),
Evoker bracer (int/dex, both not helpful for an earth pet)

same for prof points- no point to the dex prof, it's not going to help with what she needs to do.
I personally run my earth tank 1HP/2str/3agi, but my earth tank is an unusual setup that works for me. I belive most are 2hp/1str/3agi, or even 3hp/3agi? Not sure.
However, since she's a low base stat pet, you will want to keep at least 1 hp point on her
(unlike the other four base stats, which have a level bonus equal to their level (eg, lv20 pet gets +20 str as lv bonus while lv75 gets +75 str), hp's level bonus is an exponential curve based on how much base hp the pet has (so take two of my lv75 pets: pet with 1200 base HP gets lv bonus of +2440, pet with 2000 base HP gets +3327

All Hallows eve: mostly correct gear (pyromancer) except the warden bracer. Swap with Tifa's Evoker bracer.

Should preferably be in slot 3 as an attacker (enemies typically aim at slot 1 preferentially, then slot 2, then 3)

Has one unassigned prof point.
As a fire attacker, he would typically be 3int/3dex at lv75, so with 4 points, 3int/1dex, or 2int/2dex would be best.

This is because as an attacker he should be all-in on offense; his tank and healer should be taking care of any potential damage dealt to him without him needing HP points

Level up: should be either lightbringer and/or pyromancer (depending on if you want to have the higher evasion/defence or accuracy/crit chance on the healer (note that dex doesn't affect moves such as Restoration that target the party))

Swap this warden bracer onto Tifa as well, and give her Illusionist bracer over to Level Up; it'll give Level Up a good handful more Int points, which would mean higher move output, which would mean better healing.

Again, missing a prof point.
People generally stat Light Healers 3int/3dex at lv75, though aside from the 3int, what you put the remainder in is more up to you depending on if you want a more survivalist healer or higher chance at critting with beam or fairy light.

Unfortunately, his very low base stats will be a hindrance, specifically in the HP department (as mentioned, exponential curve and so on), so you may need to keep at least one hp prof on him in case of unexpected attacks directed at him

If you need to grind in the grove with a new, unranked team, the first section of the forest (top row of screens, and the area where the druids spawn) will only give you one-enemy mobs, which is obviously easier to deal with than 2- or 3- enemy mobs for training (also closer to the exit/barracks if needed)
