Are they still usable? I got stuck with one and now I don't know if I should get rid of it or not.

only usable when the winter festival is here. I believe that it's been confirmed if you save them, they will be usable when the next winter festival comes around.

Ah, I see. Hm, I'll try not to accidentally get rid of it until then. XD Those things were so expensive to get. @_e
