My sister has this old crusty account that she hasn't used in years, and she wants to start again fresh, but doesn't have an alternate email. Is there a way to delete accounts to that the email can be used for a new account?

They will have to contact our support at support@sylestia.com. It will help to contact us via the email address registered to the account in question. Please also include your Date of Birth as backup account verification.
