for example - im trying to move pets in my stable. popup pops up saying something's gone wrong, reload
i have to reload to keep moving in the grove
i have to reload to keep fighting a battle

these are just the ones ive run into, a few other people have concurred when i asked in RC xD

How long is it between your last action and the error popping up? Is it instant, a few seconds, or a couple of minutes?

The error message only popped up when i was sorting stables, and it was as soon as i tried putting the pet into the new stall.

Do you have a rough date/time of when this happened so that I can check the error logs?

Hm. I don't see any errors at all related to Stables any time recently.

Do you know which specific action triggered it? Such as switching stables, switching tabs, or the act of switching two pets? If pets, were the pets located in the same tab, stable, different tabs/stables, etc?

it was switching one pet to another empty spot in the same stable - this happened only once, while the ones in the LG happened a few times. it honestly *might* be my internet but im not sure xD

Thanks for the info. I was wanting to follow the trail of code to see exactly what would be triggering that to happen.

So, that message would only pop up if the connection to the 'swap pet' file failed. Basically, no matter what, the 'swap pet' file should return a 1 or 0 result back to the Stable page. However, if the script detects a null response, it gives that error.

So, my best guess would be that this is due to a connection issue. Especially since it seems to be happening across various features (lots of systems are set up in the exact same way).

Unfortunately, I am not sure why this would be happening, from a technical standpoint. Either our server is ignoring some of your http requests or your network is dropping/losing the request midway. Whichever it is, I'm not sure there's a whole lot either of us could do about it lol. These issues are extremely difficult to diagnose. It most likely isn't even on either of our ends, but somewhere inbetween lol.

Hopefully, the issue will resolve itself within a few days/week.

If it does persist past a week or two, let me know and I can try and have our host take a look at our network logs.
