Hearing that someone was now next to his room, Half-Life quickly took a mental note to re-check the wall he shared with the previoulsy empty room whenever possible. Since he often worked in his room he had taken the habit on testing whatever wasnt a direct danger to him things in there and since it wasnt exactly a silent process he had to make sure that it woudnt let the sound out, especialy at night.

There was no way he would be able to handle a conversation with Wheeljack when he was in that state, even if it was for an happy news, so of course he decided to try and help the new additions to find apropriate altmods. "I belive i can help them find somthing suitable for this world..."



(Half-life woudnt be the type to ask for help even while Weeljack chasing him so he'll end up leaving to escape him, probably woudnt comback on his own due to self doubt/fear tho or at least not right away. I I kind of see the team going 'he's going to comback after he clear his mind or whatever' and then after a while there is just this realisation that 'oh... wait, he may not actualy.' lol.)

Optimus prime nodded and looked at Half-Life the prime could hear Half-Life the introvert internally screaming at the realisation of sharing a wall with a femme and placed a servo on his shoulderin comfort "alright don't worry another team member either myself or Arcce will be joining you when you help Gearshift and NovaStorm pick out new alt modes alongside Agent fowler so it goses smoothly" he said mentoring the human the visted the base regularly yelling about something

Ratchet nodded he also didn't want to deal with the wjoye,green and red wrecker who almost found time to annoy the older medic like he took enjoyment from others "than ill ask Wheeljack to come of his his ship from his sulk session" he said and looked at Optimus Prime "i should give NovaStorm and Gearshift medical check ups no offence to NovaStorm but the equipment she had would hardly give good check ups but that spark rate scanner she had was better than ours" he said and he also knew as a mother NovaStorm would put Gearshift health before her own and ignore injuries if it saved medical items for Gearshift

Half-Life nodded stiffly in response at Optimus's attempt to confort him, while he was greatfull to be understood by the prime he also was a bit frustrated by his own inability to do simple task like speaking to others. Still, even then, he knew he woudnt be able to handle Fowler on his best day, he woudnt even remember the number of time he refexively pulled out his wearpons after hearing the man's loud voice, at least he havn't accidentaly shot the human yet.

He felt a bit guilty not to have tryed harder to upgrade the old scaner, then again there was probably not much he could have done. Eather way this new technology was both good and bad, of course Ratchet knew a bit about the lingering internal damages he had but now the medic could probably get a better idea of how bad it was, even if the only thing left to do was to gripe about it. On the brighter side, it wasnt much more then a mild annoyance for Half-life and that most of the time he could just pretend it didnt exist. Brushing those though asside he glanced at the two femmes with slight curiosity.

( Yea, Half-Life is very much an ackward introvert witch is perfect, or infortunate depending on who you ask, for the type of interaction, there is alot of room for some realy fun interaction with that dad trope. XD)

Bulkhead was grinning like a small iver excited child on Christmas when he left to get Wheeljack it was obvious with the decepticons running around, fear of human discovering them and their own humans Raf,Jack and miko getting hurt or miko causing team prime and the wreckers trouble. The former wrecker turned the corner "Jackie? Something has come up and we need you" he said acting as calm as possible to not give himself away

Arcee lead Gearshift and NovaStorm over to Ratchet thankfully Gearshift passed the medical examination with flying colours aside from a few scratches on her finish she was alright and was listening to miko talk about her rock music and the time Bulkhead sat on arcee and screamed like a little girl. NovaStorm on the other hand was more injured than her daughter a injured right shoulder and left leg and Ratchet was working on them luckily the damage was treatable

During that time, Half-life was standing ackwardly on the side watching as the process was taking place. He did though about joining the human girl and femme into their chat but he realy coudnt think of anything to talk about. Asside from science talk he realy didnt knew how to do any of that anymore, tho maby he could offer to start narrowing the possibilities for Gearshift new altmod... tho, it was probably best not too just yet, at least until Fowler had arrived. Until then he didnt though he could be of used so he just remained on the side ligne in case someone would nead his assistence for somthing.

He was, as usual, so caugh up in his own though he havnt even noticed that Bulkhead had left or that he was staring blankly at the young femme.

( XD that's going to be chaos, then again by then Half is going to be a bit less of an absolute mess about it, probably still going to over do everything he can using science just in case. Knitting is also going to stay one of his big things during that time lol)
