I captured a Sylesti before accepting a quest on capturing Sylesti's and now the whole thing is bugged out... it won't let me complete the quest or explore to find another Sylesti to capture.

I can see that you have caught the Tutorial pet. I went ahead and manually set that one Quest to 100% completion.

Can you try visiting your Quest Log and seeing if you can continue on now?
