The Lost Supplies task keep getting stuck on (1/3). Has happened multiple times now, not sure what's the problem?

Lol. I don't know what it is about this task and why it always gets broken.
It looks like you don't even currently have this task active, but had two active coordinates for the quest. I went ahead and removed those active coordinates so that it should stop popping up on the map.
