Is there an item that will age an eggling or a hatchling faster?

Nurturing helps an eggling or hatchling age faster. An eggling ages by one hour for every 6 correct nurtures it receives and a hatchling ages by an hour for every 4 correct nurtures it receives. (Also, for hatchlings, they receive +1 to their lowest base stat (except health - it gets +10 if it is the lowest non-maxed base stat after strength, intelligence, dexterity and agility) for every 8 correct nurtures it receives.)
