Just entered the LG for the first time in about 2 weeks and there are no chests or elites anywhere... I've exited and re-entered and it's still the same. Other users report they are seeing chests though, so maybe it's just something that's happened to my account?

There can be a delay in spawns when first entering the Lost Grove if it's a fresh spawn - like ~5-15 minutes or so. I then see that you left the Lost Grove shortly after posting this thread, which would have delayed spawns even further.
Are you still not seeing any spawns at this point in time?
