The link on the word "wardrobe" appears to be broken. This was found in the help/tips window, text below:
"If you haven't yet done so, you should view your Inventory page and open your Novice Adventurer's Satchel to claim your Rewards. Then visit the Sylesti Plaza in Esior's Haven to unlock the second Party Slot.
If you have opened your [Novice Adventurer's Satchel], you should now have all sorts of new Items.
You should now have the [Novice Adventurer's Outfit] that you can Use to add to your Wardrobe..."
