Are you extremely strict on offers? Only gold/dia, no items?

as much as i'd like to say not that strict, gold/diamonds are preferred.

Shadowmoonwolves, would you be willing to wait until the 28th? i'll either let you know earlier that it was taken by another offer, or on that day asking if you are still willing to buy it for 90k?
