This problem only suddenly started today a few hours ago.
Region Chat is scrolling down itself to the last message constantly.
If I try to scroll back up to read previous messages, it forcibly scrolls back down on its own in the next second or two.
This behavior persists whether people are posting new messages or not.
I'm using Firefox 100.0 64 bit. Cleared my cache and the problem persists. I tried to find if someone else had posted this in the forums, but I couldn't find anything.

This was an intentional fix to another problem where the chat window would not scroll to the bottom and was constantly getting bumped up as new messages appeared:
