A restricted trait disruptor for all species that works the same way the existing ones do, but it adds a random LG restricted trait, since there is otherwise no way to get those traits onto many themes.

When the LG restricted traits were first introduced, Krin mentioned the idea of creating a way to extract those traits from tamed LG pets that had the trait visible and the pet had not been bred. So far, this system has not been put into effect, and as it has been a couple of years, I don't know if it is still in the works or not. If this idea has been scrapped, then I would support the creation of a disruptor of some kind. If it is, indeed, still in the works, though, I don't believe we will also get disruptors.

That would be really cool! I'd fully support that too, and I agree we don't need both.
