Hello,
I used a lesser Genetic Mutator on pet 6766735 (a pink Zolnixi named Trixi) who is tamed and currently on mating cooldown. No new mutations or traits have shown up on this pet, though with the last pet I tried, there was an immediate effect.

Lesser Genetic Mutators have a chance of adding a Carried Trait. This Trait will not show up unless the Pet has been Genetically Tested.
