I'm having a bit of trouble defeating Cereth My strongest two sylesties are level 20 and 14, and I can't increase the size of my party to 3 u_u Could someone please help?

I think what people did was to raise their pets' levels to 10+ above the boss, had up-to-level equips, and elixirs to fall on, along with full mana before the battle.
If it's too much for you to handle, I can understand pet leveling can be a bit tedious at this stage. I'd recommend taking a break, letting your pets do missions to get exp from there to level, and fighting during events (ie valentine raid at esior) since the monsters there are scaled for the average level of your party.

@Fenrich,
Your pets are in very very bad gear.
I suggest checking the Trade Broker and buying some Level 15+ Blues. That should do the trick.

The color of the Quality
Uncommon = Green
Rare = Blue
Epic = Purple
Orange = Legendary
Red = Mythical
