I have set it up! To receive it, buy it for 1 gold coin and it's yours (That is the only way as of now to 'give' people Sylesti's for free.)
And there was a costume on it (It was a Christmas themed one if you remember seeing something like that) which is not tradeable. If you want to change your choice, feel free too! :D
