What if we make it where nets can have more than one usage before we lose them? Like if i used it for one pet, I can still have a couple more catches with it after, please look into this!

The point of nets and the various tiers of nets is that they are one time use, with each tier having a different chance of successfully capturing a pet. Rarer nets have higher catch rates, with the master snare trap having a 100% change success rate. If you play pokemon, think of it like pokeballs - you throw one, and if it fails, you lose that pokeball.
The mechanic as it is is meant to be that way. If we allow for multiple uses of one net, then there would be no point in buying more or stocking up.

Uh..perhaps you have to pay around 100K or so to make it have several uses?
