Im curious, how can this baby have a visible and a hidden carried trait in gene one, when the mother doesnt have anything and the father only has one trait in gene one? Please help Im really confused...

The female is not genetically tested and must have the hidden carried trait.

As Hiraeth said, the mother is untestsd. You don't have to go far through the lineage to see where the gene came from though- the mother inherited a G/ spotted skunk gene from HER father, who has it visible, and since she's untested her hiddens and carries aren't shown
