He looked at his stove. ``Challenge accepted.`` He clicked and opened up his fridge and pulled out pre-sliced fish, the two he caught yesterday.

He put a pan on the stove, some butter in the pan, then some herbs and the fish, then waited until it was cooked and slid it onto a plate. He passed the plate to you.

I raise an eyebrow and with a small smile I try some of his dish.

The fish is buttery and full of flavor.
