"Woah! To cool!" Hummer cheered. She stopped midcheer and turned to the others. "All aboard!" She said, landing to let Midnight and Aroura on. Just then, a roar erupted from the ravine. "...um... you don't think....?"

"Is he... inside? Hummer, would you even be able to fly safely down there?" Venus asked. "I can go scout it out, if I find something, I'll scream super loudly" she told the group.

Rio flew into the air as a Mandibuzz and used Swoop Low on the leader. Jaden was hurt from their pecking attacks, trying to cover his head.

"Seems wide enough, but decent is gonna have to be slow, cause one wrong move and it's free fallin' from there. And with passengers, I can't dive bomb it like I usually would," Hummer said.

One of the Mandibuzz notice Flit and flew over, readying a Peck. Flit, who seemed paralyzed in fear a moment ago, snapped to attention and used Drill Peck on the attacker, scaring if off. "Coward!" Filt chirped. She flew over to the other Mandibuzz surrounding Jaden and used Bullet Seed on them, driving them back a bit. "Now or never!" She shouted to Jaden.

"I'll go down a bit first, see if I can smell anything" Venus said, grabbing a few rocks jutting out of the inside of the ravine and lowering herself. "I can definitely smell something alive down there, it smells like there's a... grass... and... normal type? There's definitely a few skiddo stuck down there, maybe the dragon captured them!" Venus said, alarmed.

She lowered herself a little further, wrapping her vines around different rocks as she descended "I smell some sort of dragon down here too" she said to the rest of the group.

Jaden got up and used his Thunderwave to stun the Mandibuzz that was pecking him, paralyzing it instantly. Rio continued to attack the leader of the group, pecking it.

Jaden finally used Spark and shocked the stunned bird.

"Thank god, I finally attacked one." Jaden sighed before getting the other ones.

Flit squealed and flapped her wings, faster, faster, and creating a whirlwind. With a great beat of her wings, She unleashed Hurricane on the attackers. The flock squawked in fear and flew away, leaving only the leader.

Hummer let down her wing to allow Midnight and Aroura to board. "I'm coming down, just stay there!"

Venus nodded, waiting until she heard Hummer was at a closer distance to start traveling downwards again.
