Sawyer got dressed slowly, not wanting to do anything. He was really miserable this morning. A couple of days ago he had asked the Taylors about Raven, but they hadn't said anything, so he assumed that she had passed

Sawyer got into his truck with Kelsi in shotgun since she didn't have her own car. Most of the Davidsons either used their horses or had their own car. And Kelsi didn't like horses, either. Sawyer was silent on the way to school
