The lupora is shivering, but you can't see any physical wounds on it's body. The griffin screeches, startling the wold-like animal and grabs you both and tosses you into a small, nearly dry pond by the edge of the forest.
She kept the luporas head above water, shivering, but making sure the water seeped into the burns no matter how painful it was. She also treated her burn with 10 minutes under water

The pain of the burn simmers down to a numb throbbing in your arm, rendering it hard to move. The lupora isn't hurt but still continues to whimper and shiver.

She took the lupora out, glad it didnt have any severe burns and began rubbing its fur backwards to warm it up with one hand.

The lupora shivered some more and weakly tried to paddle, but started to sink beneath the water. The griffin patiently waited, looking happy.
