1st- all your pets are set up:)
2nd- it depends on the animal, but normally "teen" sylesti become adults at between 25-35 days old.
3rd- a sylesti hatching depends on the type, but nurturing it will help speed it up^^ anywhere from 5-13 days can be expected when no nurturing takes place
4th- you essences can either be bought with diamonds in the diamond shop, purchased in the trade broker or found while exploring the Map^^ you can also enter contests to win them as well^^
