I based him on trees frosted over in winter. I think he looks like a frosty tree guardian of some kind!
He shows Quagga, Double Stripes, and Tribal Runes.

I hope I did it right, this is my first time posting an image.
He is based on a quiet winter night with snow covering the ground. I used tiger stripes, horse tail, and tipped wings. He was roughly based on this image
