scorpio stepped forward. "oh.. kiddo, i dont think thats a good idea.." bravewing mumbled as scorpio started to smash the chains. (her dad is night/sandwing and her mum is full seawing). shaking his head, bravewing and snippet got to melting chains away. scorpio moved over to a chain near the doorway. 'hmm... i know!' she thought, turning abruptly. she started flashing 'yes' in all the codes she knew.

*Okay, great. This is working* Stormwraith told Scorpio. She avoided looking at Bravewings, he probably wouldnt like that. She smiled at Vita, trying to look reassuring that everything would be fine. *I think the rest of us could use fire on it. Except for me and any part MudWing, wrong temperature.*
Storm went over to Snippet who looked upset. *Hello.* she said, trying to cheer her up. *Youre Snippet, right? My names Stormwraith.*

bravewing ran over, sensing it too. "scorpio.. your a genius! thank the moons your chains are off; do it, why didnt you earlier?" he laughed as scorpio concentrated on a small bit of wall.

Snippet excitedly looked around at all the dragnets that were now awake. An Icewing/nightwing approached her and introduced herself as Stormwaraith, and Snippet perks up. "Hi! Yeah I'm Snippet. How'd you know? Woah, am I secretly famous?" She jokes, "Well actually, I think secretly famous is an oxymoron..." She smiles at the new dragon "You probably just heard me tell Scorpio, I'm not a quiet dragon! You're part Icewing and Night wing right? Your scales are SOOOOO pretty!!! I had no idea scales could be that color!" She admires profusely. "Do you have powers? Scorpio and Bravewing do, it's pretty cool how they use them to communicate." She says, still secretly admiring the pretty colors in front of her. She catches sight of Stormwraiths claws and quickly looks away. Those were extremely sharp and fierce looking.

scorpio finally finished her spell (she just found out she was an animus; even tho she is part *royal* seawing, she never took part in the trials). they had destroyed all the chains by then, letting them escape. bravewing told the dragons that they were to pair up with someone who had fighting experience for safety. then, they were to follow him and scorpio, who could sense any other dragons that are not them.

*Oh, thanks!* Stormwraith told Snippet. *Youre scales blend together really nicely, I suppose because youre also a hybrid.* She sat down next to her. *I have frostbreath, but and if its really, really hot I can use fire, but Id probably have to be sitting on a volcano or something.* Storm felt an an inexplicable rush of excitement, then triumph and sadness, and remembered her that last other thing she usually kept secret. She lowered her voice. *And I can also sense emotions. Its how I manage to talk to others so well.*

Snippet grinned. "That's so cool! I usually have a good sense of empathy, but no real powers. I can breathe fire most of the time, except if I'm really cold. Like right now I can, but it'd be really small." She demonstrated with a small flicker of flame barley reaching past her snout. "It's usually pretty small, but sometimes it can get big! Like, If I'm really angry or frustrated or in a warm or hot place." She glances over at Scorpio and Bravewing. "What are they doing?"

Stormwraith glanced over her shoulder. *Theyre trying to find us a way out of here.* She explained. *And then we can escape from here.*She glanced outside, frustration boiling away for the dragons that captured her. *Do you want to meet everyone else? I just need to check if they put any guards on us, which they probably wouldve. Then we can be prepared.*

scorpio scurried over, her wings flapping in excitement. she led them to the door, then she walked through, dragging bravewing behind her.

Stormwraith ran up towards Vita this time there were a couple other dragons with her.
*Who are they?* Vita asked curiously.
