Hmmm maybe it was a Sunpack wolf?
Huffing in irritation he lowered his nose to the ground and sniffed the area trying to find any familiar scents.

You hear a faint howl on the distance and howl back.
A few seconds later, the wolf howls again.

I groan in annoyance and flop back down a mouse runs over my nose but i cant be bothered trying to catch it

You can smell other wolves, but it's hard to tell which pack there are in because of the several other scents.

I will howl back moving towards the area the howl came from. However I will be keeping an eye out for anything I can catch and eat.
