Bev walked inside her room, carefully closing the door. She flopped onto her bed and noticed a wilting flower. She closed her eyes and touched it delicately, waiting for the life to flow back into it

She stared at the ground as she walked, not visually paying attention to her surroundings. Not that her vision was all that great anyway.

She made her way back to the forest, and followed the scented path back to her house.

Ven welcomed in his parent's other worker who would watch the tavern for the night. He started to leave. He carefully made his way through the streets. The forest began to loom over him. As he ventured further, he soon heard a loud coughing and laughing.

Dabria hung on to Tivel for support. She was coughing rather violently. It was only brought to a stop when a crack came to her ear. She jumped up to a tree and, with much trouble, made her way to the sound. She swung down so she was hanging upside down in front of the person. He screamed and fell backward and she just laughed. The ooze was still coming in a trickle. Don't touch the nightmare juice. she chimed.

Bev felt to stem and petals strengthen and she let go, watching the last bits of it perk up and gain back it's color. She already knew the tax it would have on her health but she didn't worry too much about it.

A strong wind blew past as she entered her home, and she couldn't help but worry about Cassius. But she quickly cleared him from her mind. Worrying about someone she just met didn't make any sense.

She looked around her house. Of course it was empty, as always. But she could live another day without food. It wasn't that important.
