The answer was.....B, Owl!
Somewhere in the house, near the beginning of the ride, there is a picture of Owl and Mr. Toad.
(ah ****** I may have gotten the wrong ride but I do remember it involved Mr. Toad's ____ being changed to some Winnie-the-pooh ride)
and fif my memory reminds me right the ride later became Snow White
