The issue is that the collars each subject has is a small computer.

OOH. um then maybe the collar has a cover over the computer. She has to SEE it as well as touch it. If that doesn't work then I can come up with something else. I can get creative in 5 minutes...

I've come up with a different idea! Her glitchy areas, whenever something touches them (aka the hands and wings) they glitch away. Simple solution for the scientists, put a cover on her hands and wings.

Now that's more of a weakness. That could work. Perhaps let her read information from any computer she touches?
