With the help of Barrett, you two reach the town shortly later and ask for the supplies, which you trade for the few gold coins the man in the woods provided. After grabbing the supplies, you go off to find a healer or someone who may know what to do. With all the stalls lining the streets and shops along the curb, it's hard to resist the temptation of looking at what people are selling.

I continue along the way to find a healer and once agin I try to see if the fawn trusts me enough to take a look at its leg.

Eventually, you come across a wizened old woman and she looks to have a medical stand. She takes one glance at the poor fawn in your arms and waves you over. The fawn finally lets you gently touch its leg to have a closer look.

What do you do?

Ed and Shiera are still sitting at the table with the boy, empty bowls in front of each of them. They seem to be having a small conversation with the boy. Dinner smells amazing, you can tell it's stew by the bowls at the table. Shiera looks up and tells you to grab a plate and help yourself and to come sit down but you remember Ripple is still in the crib and may want some attention or food.

The fawn seems ok with the lady reaching towards it, maybe it senses you trust the lady enough to look after it. When you look to see what Barrett is up to, you find him looking at a stall a few paces away.

I walk over to him and ask him what is he looking at while hugging him.

He turns to face you and presents you with a small box, smiling like crazy. You can see behind him is a jewelry and gems stall and the vendor is giving a knowing smile.

Ripple is probably still asleep, so I grab a small bowl full. I quickly eat it, it was delicious. I thank them and walked over to her crib with a few carrot pieces. I wake her up and put my hand out with the carrots in my palm.
