Ah, this is a clever way of organizing your massive ping list! For me, I would say the following is probably best:
Ping me for sales threads.
Message me for casual/informal chit-chat often or whenever, or if there's a *specific* forum game/contest you think I'd be interested in participating in (i.e. not all of them, just if there's one in particular you want to bring my attention to).
