Those ideas from Cloudsoda and Visionary - they are awesome! Without any claims for the original revamp design, for sure :) but those 3/4 views - I like them much more as well as more "masculine" posture of the Cloud's male

Alright, so here are the adjustments that we made/our making.

The adult female basically got her entire front half reworked. Because of such extreme lineart adjustment, it will probably take longer for the Qitari to be released. She has to be completely reshaded and all of her mutations now need to be totally resketched and changed. We are happy though with how she looks and this is her final appearance. We aren't adjusting her anymore.

We also slightly adjusted the jawline of the baby male Qitari. This is all we are adjusting on the baby male Qitari.

For the baby female Qitari we adjusted her back legs. This is all we are adjusting for the baby female Qitari.

We did not touch the adult male because we are happy with the way he looks. (Also because I remember someone pointing out that the adult male doesn't have scales on his tail...he does..I just forgot to turn them on in Photoshop when I took the images for the news post.)

As far as the scales go, we are going to be redrawing the adult's scales. I do not have any sketches at this time though because it is late and our artists went to bed. When the new scales are done I will make another update post with how they look. We decided that we are not going to be redrawing the baby's scales, since we do not think they look too bulky.

So these are the adjustments that we have made/our making. I hope that we came to enough compromise with all of the feedback that we received about the Qitari. As any art goes though...it is impossible to 100% please everyone. Hopefully these changes will be enough to make the majority of you happy with the new Qitari. :)

Looks great team! I am okay with a delay for corrections. The improvements make it worth the wait :)

I really like the new poses!
I think the scales are a bit big though.

Not sure I like them as much as the old one, but we'll see... that last female pose is reeeeally sweet I must say.

I like the little boy's jawline much better now! And the new pose for the female looks great. I liked the other one too, but this one is just as lovely. :)

Looks at lot more playful in design and the larger eyes make it a bit more cartoony (regarding the offspring, for the most part), but overall it has remained the same Qitari. Seems there was just a want/need to update the anatomy-

Nice update, good luck with all of the adjustments that need to be made.
