Sorry, that was unclear.
I mean, Dark is offering 1.5k and I am willing to add my bulb to their offer on their behalf.

So if you were to accept; Darkesse would pay the dia portion, I would give you the bulb, and Darkesse would get the Ryo.
Hopefully that makes more sense~
