Amethyst started to lose control of her hands, her eyes widened, but her surprise quickly vanished, she remained calm, "Don' worry, Amethyst, you'll be fine, DON'T let your guard down." She told herself

Alastor starts to pace around the room. He keeps muttering and trying an answer on what they could do.

She starts losing control of her arms, she mentally fights off the urges to do what random thoughts tell her, she gains control over her body again and sighs, "It's gone now.." She says

"For now but they will come back," Alastor said.

Kori is starting to get very agitated, wings fluttering anxiously. Alder wanders into the room, looking to the others innocently. "Hey, what's up with the weird light rope thingies around Amethyst and Alastor?" The little earth fairy inquires.
Kori stops in his tracks. "Light..... ropes? You..... can see that?"
Alder blinks. "Uh, yeah? Was I not supposed to?"
The older water fairy's eyes widen. "Holy......" But that means.... the kid's part of...... such an ability should have died out when the Abhainn clan was overthrown years ago!
He glances at the boy again. Alder Abernathy..... you're more than meets the eye. You're a pact-seer. Apparently, Alastor and Amethyst are bound by something..... which means. Kori swallows hard. Yep. There's our trap.

"What do you mean light ropes around me and Amethyst?" Alastor asked confused.

"Amethyst, don't freak out, it's okay, there are no light ropes, you can't see them he was making a joke, it's okay." She told herself as she was on the verge of a literal mental break down

"Yours are more..... shadowy." Alder decides. "Like fire, but..... darker. Corruption-y maybe?" Alder tilts his head. "And the other end of the rope leads out of the house and into the woods somewhere. I wonder what's at the other end....." He muses. "Kori and Amethyst are tied together. By, like, a sparkly white line. But Amethyst's end is a little bit darker." He frowns. "Actually, everyone here is tied together by something! Maybe 'cause we're all friends?"

"You can see things we can't Alder," Alastor said.

"How does this kid see these "Ropes"?!" AMethyst asked herself, she was right on the edge of having a mental breakdown
