Knuckles reguarded her a moment, then glanced at himself. I guess I'm a lot stronger then I look... He thought. He glanced up at Amy. "Sorry if I startled you," Perking up at Sonic's voice, he turned to face the hedgehog. "Yeah. Let's get outta here," He said.

Amy held her hammer at the ready in case any robots decided to attack, I darted out and checked around the corner, "Clear." I said waiting for the others.

Knuckles crept out into the hall, heart racing with excitement as a rush of adrenline coursed through his veins. He darted into the shadows, fists up and at the ready.

I darted down the corridor and checked around the corner, it was clear, "There should multiple patrols around." I mused softly.

"They're robots; They patrol to a pattern," Knuckles muttered in reply. "We just timed our escape right. Either that, or..." The echidna paused, eyes narrowed. "...or the place is rigged." He growled.

"I kinda guessed that anyway," I said with a shrug, Amy had her hammer ready to smash anything that startled her.

Tails looked at him,"with eggman I doubt it's rigged.he's not like that...if it was metal sonic on the other hand...." he thought for a second."Yeah fingers crossed it's not him"

"Metal..." Knuckles muttered. "I remember him. He was savage..." He continued as his mind returned to Sky Snactuary...

Knuckles whirled around on the intruder, only to feel metal claws rake across his chest. The echidna cried out and swung a fist, which only encountered air as the robot darted out of the way with cat-like agility. "If you yeild now..." The mechanical hedgehog growled. "I might make your death painless,"

...He had come out victorious, but he didn't want to see the robot again. Ever.

I looked back and narrowed my eyes, "Let's just try to escape without getting caught again." Amy quivered in excitement and fear, she gripped her hammer tighter.

Knuckles stayed close to the wall. "Tread lightly, and watch your back," He cautioned the group.
