It's true, they ARE the lovliest wings... But I started the Jin Chan project before Fairy Wings were released, and I'm not in the mood to backtrack. >.<

I finally have 4-visible and 5-carry offspring, and having to greater mutate one of my spare Black Toads to get the Fairy Wings and THEN using them as a breeder would take me back to the 2- and 3-carry stage. I've come too far to turn back now!

Um, Frawn, you wouldn't have to Mutate one of your Black Toad Tagged to get Fairy Wings.

Hurm. Fine. When I get a flashier stud, I will call upon you... My boy, Efralan, comes of age in a couple days, and he would be a suitable mate for her, I believe. Offspring would be 1-V, 3-C at worst and 1-V, 5-C at best. I don't think that would represent any significant setback to my project, but the wings would still likely be the last thing to show.

Is 33 Dex good at this point in the statsong thing, or...?

Well, 33 Dex is 1/3 of the way to the maximum Dex possible, and we're only on the third generation. That's doing pretty good--not outstanding, but pretty good.

And Sirena is set up for your Player #.

Other folks - Just a quick update on my Halloween seamonkeys, their development, and what direction I'm going in... I'm getting a small collection of 2-vis Halloweens in my stables right now (one gene/one mutation). The traits on the Halloween Sylvorpas up for public breeding are very limited (though they still allow for several aesthetically pleasing combinations), and I don't know that I'm friends with anyone else who works with them. I tracked down some of Elleshie's Halloween themed and offspring (many of mine are descendants of them), but I'm not sure where to find more. My most recent shiny ones:

I mutated a female Halloween to give her visible Fairy Crown a few weeks back. That trait will eventually start cropping up in my stables. Right now, I only have...
G1 Blue Tang and Water Tiger
G2 Water Sprite
G3 Tidal Runes
M1 Seashells and Mystic Fins
M3 Fairy Crown
...to work with. Not a lot of traits, but still a reasonable amount of combinations. And new combinations are what I'm after here. No specific end goal, just new stuff.

I don't have any traits in Halloween Sylvorpas that you don't have, Frawn, but if you need to out-cross at some point, I have this girl--

--who is the granddaughter of your male Zyron, and of your released female Faralyn, and the half-sister of your Kajani, but is otherwise unrelated to any of your Halloween Vorpas.

Frawn: I bought 3 of your Halloween offspring yesterday and I'm playing with the theme in the generator now. It looks really great. I'd like to start breeding them, but it's really hard to find anything to work with. I found a male with both Henna traits and bred my girls with him.
And I'd be interested in getting the Fairy Crown trait, if you're willing to share.


There are a few regenerable Halloween Vorpas out there. I thought, I could maybe try and get one of those. If people didn't bother to regenerate them yet, they may not be that attached to them ...

Whee! I messaged DragonGrindle about their Tagged Halloween Sylvorpa, and got back a gracious reply re No, the Sylvorpa is not for sale, but he shall be Mutated. Here's the lovely result--
