She's silent for a moment.

"...Really?"


Mab looks over her subjects

" its not like you'll listen to me if i tell you not to. "

She just quietly stays there. Sometimes she helps Mab a little, telling her if somebody is particularly dumb or has ulterior motives. Which is useful because sometimes Mab doesn't realize the latter, although the former is fairly obvious.

"Well, you're right." Puck cleared his throat. "So...what are you going to do with your dad...?"


Right. She was grateful for that.

Of course. Dealkeeper is in no way omniscient, but her extensive knowledge is extremely useful.

" I can't take him with us, so I guess he'll just have to stay here. " she wasn't very happy about that idea, but it was the safest option for him.

Right. It was very nice.



Silence filled the room, broken only by the ticking of the clock on the wall and the occasional scuffle from the kitchen.

She didn't say anything.

After about an hour, an unusual creature arrives. It looks normal to an outsider, but it's not a species Mab has ever seen before, and she can very easily tell that they're hiding their true form via glamour.
