Sunset put her arms around Indo, and kissed him. Saerien took a shirt from his pack, and, with the aid of magic, made a sling for the eggs.

Indo smiled and kissed Sunset back.

Black eyed the sling carefully.

Saerien settled the eggs into the sling, closing the top with magic. He slipped it on, still a gryphon, and adjusted his armor with magic to fit him better. He packed his weapons away, and settled in beside Saria in the nest. An orc came running up the tunnel at them, and Saerien flicked his hand at it. It suddenly collapsed, and its bones were gone.

Black growled something, and Indo broke the kiss to say, *Saerian, your still a gryphon.*

"I know. I kinda like it, actually. It's different."

Black shrugged and curled up to sleep.

Indo smiled at Sunset, and whispered, *the baby. when do you think its coming?*

"Soon, I hope," Sunset whispered back, "It shouldn't be long, though."

Saria and Saerien curled up around each other, the eggs between them.

Indo smoled and nodded.

The next day, Saerien sat up, and looked around, trying to figure out what had woken him. Then he felt a wobbling in the sling, and saw the blue egg was cracking. He jostled Saria awake, just in time to see the eggshell to break.

Indo rose and stretched, then saw the egg cracking. he gasped, and shook Sunset. *up! egg hatching!*
