"Peace morkko, I wouldn't harm any of you while you are guests in my home." the man said as he walked calmly over to a kettle sitting above what were now not much more than coals.
"The child is yours then?" he said as he poured himself a cup of hot tea.

(OOC: I'll stop doing italics once he is accepted. It just makes it easier for me to find his dialogue if I need to change it later.)

Maria~
Though the deep rumble in her throat stopped she was not at ease still. Humans, or two legs since this seemed not to be a human, had never been her favorite. She couldn't sleep knowing that at any moment that two leg could attack and try to take their color. The wounds on her flesh still burned with pain though they seemed better now and in no way threatening to her ability to fight. Though Altair had gone to fetch food she knew that if given the chance she could most likely hold that two leg back until his return. This two leg seemed older than most she had seen, though he held himself more than his age. It was strange.

He turned towards the morrko and sipped his tea nonchalantly, his bright green eyes glittering with interest. "We should move her to a proper bed, I'll get one ready for her." he said to Theon before setting down his cup and walking off towards a separate room.

Maria~
Once he left she looked to Theon. "You know him don't you?" She said in a very rough and slow manner. She had never spoke in the human tongue before but Altair had thought her a few words in order to get by. Others she had picked up herself.

~Theon~

"Yes... he's my mentor." Theon said in a rather matter of fact tone.

"That's all I am, am I? Just your mentor? No love left for your uncle, or are you still that upset about it?" the man said as he reentered the room.

"How am I supposed to feel after what happened?" theon replied, lowering his voice partway through the sentence when his daughter stirred slightly in his arms.

Maria~
She listened in silence a bit intrigued about what was being said. Humans and two legs alike were all so complicated. These two were no exception. Her attention turned though when Darim yawned beside her signaling that he was ready to start the day again.

(Please don't add characters before I accept them, I still need to accept them even if you hinted at them)

~Theon~

Sen sighed heavily and walked over to Theon, placing a hand on his shoulder. Theon suddenly felt his eyes well up with tears, but held them back as he stood up and faced his uncle.
Sen looked down at the baby girl in his nephew's arms, "She looks like you used to." he said as he looked down at the newborn with her raven coloured tuft of hair and slightly pointed ears. "I'll move her into the bed so she can rest." sen said, gesturing towards Ase so that theon could tell who he meant. Theon simply nodded as he listened to sen bend down to pick up Ase and followed him into the next room where he set her down gently on a round pillow-like bed of soft dried moss covered in a woollen blanket. Theon settled himself down next to her on a wooden stool, still cradling his daughter in his arms.
"I'll go make you some tea, and some for her as well to help dull the pain when she wakes."
