Kiara stayed quiet the entire time, waving a little at Jasper before being silent again.

She sat up straight. Jasper? You dont strike me as a Jasper, but what would I know? Ive never met a Jasper before. she said. She looked at Kaynin. What ya whistling? She asked.

Jasper gave a small wave back to Kiara, then turned back to Lorelei. His feathers on his wings puffed up slightly at her comment, because for some reason her comment made him irritated. "My parents named me Jasper, because of the color of my wings," he flared his wings slightly to show off the reddish brown feathers on his wings. "Though, I guess not many people have the name Jasper."

Oh... s-Sorry. she mumbled. She looked down at her hands and frowned a bit. She hadnt meant to offend him but it was clear she had.

Jasper growled at himself softly as he mentally slapped himself up side the head. He hadn't meant to be so snappy and now he had probably hurt Lorelei feelings. "No, I should be the one apologizing," he said as he himself looked down at his hands. He looked back up and continued. "I have never really got to talked to anyone other then my brothers and older relatives, and me and my brothers made comments like that to each other all the time." He smiled slightly at the thought of his two younger brothers. "And plus I am still a little unnerved about these woods. So, sorry for being a little snappy."

"I don't know, it just popped into my head.", Kaynin smiled. He went back to what he was doing. Repeating the tune a bit caused him to find a few new noes to add into the jumble. "it would be much better if I had my fiddle though."

Kiara looked over at Kaynin. " You play the fiddle? How nice. I've never been an instrumental person, I was always studying, and practicing my magic that will probably never awaken. " She smiled sadly.

She looked up. No no, it is fine. None of us have really ever gotten to socialize. That is the downfall of our royalty. She said. She smiled. Whatever guilt she had been feeling seemed to have just disappeared. She looked back at Kaynin. Fiddle? Ooh! We will have to find ya a fiddle. Mum and dad have never taken me to hear a fiddle player! Maybe if we find ya one, you could play it for me? It wold be so cool! She said excitedly.

Kaynin smiled at all of the compliments. "Thank you, I'd enjoy the new fiddle very much.", He spoke joyously. "I was forced to pick an instrument to play, so I chose the fiddle, it makes a very pleasing noise, and I love it. Maybe if I can find my songs notebook in my bag, I can play for you when I get one."
