Phoenix glances around. "Someone's watching." he rests his hand on his hip, where he has a knife concealed.

"Thanks! It's a nickname, though-my actual nameis Nanita, but I didn't really like it since the kids at the nursery home kept calling me stupid names and they couldnt't think of anythign for Peggi."

Content with whatever the government official had said, they absently wandered along the streets, the glowing orange rectangle in their arm perfectly visible to any who saw them. Sammy was content with their lot. Of course, it meant they "had to be a girl," but that was the price they had to pay for such luxuries. This society was an improvement. Then they spotted someone peeking around a corner. Sam didn't know what their colour was, but most likely one of the lesser ones. "What are you doing, hmm?" the orange-tagged cyborg asked, tapping the stranger on the shoulder.

She looks around, a bit confused. "I don't see anybody."

"I heard something. And just because you can't hear it doesn't mean it's not there. Besides, I walk past here all the time. Something's off."

She again looks around, but again doesn't see anything.

Harriette gasped and shrunk more into the shadows. she reached for her short sword that was always by her side.

Phoenix keeps his hand on his hip. His instinct is to run around the place, pull out his knife, and stab whoever's watchign them, but doesn't just in case some ELSE besides person 1 is watching.
