Tempest sat by a waterfall, tilting her head and enjoying the sound of the water hitting the rocks. Birds chirped in the trees and the sun shone just barely through the trees. The half breed woman stood and pulled her tail out of the water, changing it from the brilliant copper scales to a pair of legs. She took a few shaky steps before fully gaining her balance, then proceeded to watch the forest animals as they played. The valley was a beautiful place, and safe from humans and the people from the lab. She hoped it stayed like that...

I beat my black wings in the air, going faster and faster. These wings are bigger, more powerful. For a minute, I don't regret falling. But then, I see how much I've changed, and not for the better. I do a thoughtful loop-de-loop through the clouds, but stop and almost fall thousands of feet to certain death when I see a siren-elf hybrid. I dive, and land right behind her, creating a dent in the cool earth.

Bubble managed to get into the river. Finally! After being cramped up for too long! It felt so nice as the water rejuvenated her, and she just lay there and let the current carry her

After time pass after i left the door with Ivy, my stomach has been growling loudly. I couldn't take it no more i try to stand up with my body but keep on failing. As i see that i could not walk at the moment i start to collect firewood. As i look countless dead wood lies on the ground. "This was a forest once before it died" I muttered softly. I pick out another stick and add it to my handful before putting it down. A small ember appears on my finger before i lightly touch the bundle of stick. The stick burn and crackled to became a small fire.
Smoke flow to the air as I sit at a base of the tree, trying to ignore the pain rocking through my body. My stomach growls uncontrollably as i sat. "Ivy do you know were some food is near by?" I ask Ivy

She stared blankly at the fire until she heard Kami's voice. "Huh?" She tore her eyes away from the fire, " On right, food, um... I don't know. We could try to go and find some. " She said, standing up and looking around at where the forest used to be, "It's so empty, huh... I can feel the pain, the memory of them crying, dying." She looked at the ground and sighed, " I'm sorry, it's just... I have a sort of connection with nature and... It just, it was hurting so much before and now it feels so lost. Nevermind, it doesn't matter, I'm just going to go look for food. "

It was sometime letter before she opened her eyes again, though now she felt even better than she had before. Meditation had that effect on you, it helped you recover, and gave you the time to clear your mind. With that she looked up at the sky as the sun began to sink down lower into the sky. It was getting dark, hopefully the fire would be enough to ward off an animal that wished her harm in the night. Not that she couldn't handle herself, it was just that she wished to have one night of sleep that went undisturbed. Sighing a bit she laid down on the rather uncomfortable bed, gazing into the fire as she did before falling fast asleep.
