Can I get an animation of this?

I want it's wings to be flapping. (don't use the pic it's self I like your drawing style lol I can pay extra if you would like)

No problem. It will take a little bit because I am doing the Sylveon atm, and it definitely won't look like the picture because, wow, they can draw.
