Meaning:
1) meaning mermaid. The colors of the Kelpari are resembling dark waters in which young sailors search in vain for a peek at the mythical people of the sea.
2) not for this Kelpari specifically, but I thought that I might as well include it since it was so pretty.
3) Leaping water in Choctaw. If you were to see the Kelpari swimming along, it might give the impression of moving waters.
