"Electrical currents perhaps? Energy...light, reflections...who knows? We just can't figure it out right now. We've done the exact same process we did with the stealth bomber, but no effect." He said, sighing. "Every minute we try to find the answer, a life is being taken..."

"Yup! Okay, here's a little harder one. You are in a room that is completely bricked in on all four sides
including the ceiling and floor. You have nothing but a mirror and a wooden table in the room with you. How do you get out?" He asked. It was all about the words.

"Then come on. We better go. We're supposed to be there at 8 AM sharp and it's already 7:47!" She exclaimed. She disliked amputations greatly, but she hated being late even more. "I wonder about the child. What will she think when she awakes?" She sighed.

((Ohhh! I remember telling my friend the riddle Cyrus asked! Their expression when I said the answer was hilarious! Even though I got scolded by them XD Er... can you start the trio off? Or shall I try again? They'll be in Rassion? And Anya's like Sasori!!!!! ><))

"Tch, if only he was still here with us." Martha said, clicking her teeth as they moved through the halls. "Perhaps, that's why we can't get the answer, because we keep using the same methods... Maybe if we change the experiment slightly..." SHe trailed off, could they do it? The amount of possibilities were endless, at least to her.

"Ah... I've heard this before...What was the answer again now? Something about a...! Ah. You look into the mirror, and take out the saw, because you saw your reflection. Then, you cut the table in half, before placing the two halves together and jumping into the hole formed, since two halves put together becomes a whole. It's a play on words, isn't it?" Arashi asked, as he rested his chin on his forefinger and thumb.

"Oh gosh, you're right! We ought to hurry! Come on now, we shouldn't be late! That'll be bad of us..." Elsa trailed off. "But the child.. I hope she can adapt. Though that is a question that can only be answered once she does awakes..."

"I suppose. It's worth a try, I mean, what's the worst that could happen besides the laboratory exploding and we all turn radioactive?" He joked. "Well, yeah. Experiment! We won't get anywhere doing the same thing over and over again." He commented.

"Great! You're on a role, Arashi." He said, smiling. "Seems like you're getting better. Next time I'll have a killer." He winked. "I think you better get back, unless you want to stay for awhile, but I think you have duties, right?" Being the general probably wasn't that easy.

"Yeah...let's go!" She said. The operating room was on floor 3 and they were on floor 1. "We have to take the elevator." She said and then she heard a ding as a pair of elevator doors slid open. She grabbed Elsa's arm and pulled her in.

"Don't jinx us, Fredrick..." Martha said with a laugh. "So, what's our set-up for today?" She asked. Were they going to use mice? What changes would they make to the experiment? "And isn't that what scientists are suppose to do? Experiment?" She said, her pets sticking close to her.

Arashi gave a light laugh. "Yeah, I do. Guess we'll try again next time I drop by." He said, shifting his weight from foot to foot, settling on his left. "I'm looking forward to hearing your next riddle. Till next time, then?"

Elsa stumbled into the lift, and watched as Anya pressed the button to floor 3. "I'm a little nervous..." Elsa said as the lift doors open again, and she and Namida walked out.

Gale stepped lightly around the corners, Susei following close by. They were wandering around Tomeniken territory, as ordered by their superiors. "This will be interesting..." Gale said, a smirk on her face.
"Hn." Susei barely gave her any sign that he acknowledged her, and he crouched on the ground, back halfway against a wall. His right hand gripped a dagger, while his left was on the ground. He glanced around the corner, half his face hidden behind the wall.
"Why do yo still act like you can be seen?" Gale asked with a sigh. Susei glared at her, but he stood up anyway, and copied her movements.

"Jason." Kristoph called out, his voice bordering on bored. They were currently in Rassion territory, and he was assigned work as a soldier who doubled as a medic. Hikari waltzed towards them.
"Hey guys! So, what are you going to do now?" It was their free day today, and they had the whole day to themselves. Kristoph rolled his eyes.
"I was just about to ask that."

"Okay, okay. Yes. Were using lab mice. If we can figure out the process to turn those things invisible, we can try it with humans. Hopefully this works, Martha." If they could figure out the secret of invisibility, Rassion would have to watch out!

"I don't know...whenever you come by. You know I'm here all day every day every week." He said. "Pretty boring, though..." He added. "With Rassion having the upper hand, there's no danger for us right now, so..." So he was bored. He actually likes when Tomenikans attempted to steal. There was action and excitment. But now...

"Yes...I am too a little..." She admitted, shaking her head as she walked out the elevator. "It's our job to make sure this is a success and she survives..." Though it sounded like she was talking to herself a little more than talking for both of them. "Well, let's get going..." Her voice trailed off as a gurney suddenly was wheeled into the hallway. It seemed to be heading for the operation room. Could this be their patient? "That's her." She said, pointing to the person on the gurney. And it was indeed their patient.

"Yeah... we better not kill any of them in the process... Or at least try to. Those things are hard to rear." Martha said. "Though I think after mice, we should try with a couple other animals.. If it works without problem for say a dog, while we use the formula to make the mice invisible, then humans should be able to use that formula. However, if something does go wrong..." She sighed, shaking her head. Science was complicated, but she liked the subject.

Arashi chuckled. "I wouldn't say it's too boring. According to Luquier, she's found another Tomenikan spy. Ah, I heard she's swinging by later to tell the king about her findings. Actually, I hope to make it out of here without crossing her path. She is a little..." The male couldn't find the right word to describe her, but settled on one after a few seconds of thinking. "Morbid." He finished.

"Well, she wasn't what I expected. But she certainly is young!" Elsa said in surprise as she lay her eyes on the patient. "What's her full name again, and her age?" She asked. "And which parts are to be... amputated..?" She wanted to know as much as possible about what she was going to do, so she might as well ask.

"Uh okay." Velvet ran upstairs and into her bedroom, quickly slipping off the pants and t-shirt she was wearing. "Why do I even have these type of clothes?" she murmured under her breath. Charging into the closet, she went to her simple dress section and picked out a not too fancy teal dress. Slipping it on over her head, she glided back down the stairs and sat down next to Juliana, now comfortable.

"Good idea. Start out small and work our way to something larger." He agreed. "I hope this works...I mean, like..." If this succeeded...if this succeeded... He couldn't even find the words that would describe what he probably would feel if they succeeded... But first they had to do the actual work. "Here...where's my key card...?" He muttered as his hand felt around inside his pocket. "Oh yeah, here it is. For a second I thought I lost it!" He said and then slid the card into the door. The locked doors reminded him of doors in a hotel... Then a small light out green and he pushed the door open. "Here we are..." He walked inside and held the door open for Martha,

"Yeah, I think you should go...and I think I'll spend the rest of my day trying to be a stone statue." He joked. "Well, I suppose I'll see you later, I guess." He said, shrugging. "I'm here all day, every day, every week!" He reminded.

"Chart says she ten...Isabel...Crazoni. Where'd a get a name like that...?" She muttered the last part. "Yes, Isabel Crazoni, age ten. And amputations, both legs and left arm. I'm sure." She confirmed. One of the wrost mistakes an amputation surgeon could do was amputate the wrong limb! It was possible because she had seen it happen before. "I'm scared." A voice suddenly said. It was so small and innocent and it was filled with fear. She realized it was coming from the child. "You're going to take my legs...you're taking my arm...why..." Anya's heart literally broke hearing the sadness and fear in the young girl's voice.

"Hey, Velvet, what if-what if so,watching goes wrong? A c-section is a major surgery you know...something could go wrong, and I'm scared." She admitted. "I wanted to do it naturally..." She sighed. "But I'm scared, I really am. Hospitals scare me. Needles scare me. Knives scare me. All those serious stuff...it's frightening..." She said, her hand resting on her belly. She could feel a slight kick from one if the babies inside. "So what if..."

((Can I keep Cyrus busy for a bit, or do you want to give the riddler a break? XD Because I really am wanting to have Luquier drop by and chat with him... even if she'll be cold...))

"I agree, if we actually managed to solve the puzzle for invisibility, it would be an... amazement, and an achievement we should be proud of. And Fredrick? You really ought to keep your stuff in a better place..." Martha said with a slight sigh. She bowed slightly, thanking Fredrick for opening the door, before walking in. "Haven't been here in a while." While she had worked with Fredrick before, she usually worked in the 1-5 labs, and occasionally the 6-10, helping out and running checks.

"Heh, I'm not sure if I'll be able to drop by, but we'll see, won't we?" Arashi said with a soft smirk. "Well then, I'll see you next time, Cyrus." He said, as he walked off, waving. His two wolves followed, and they looked like his personal guards.

Elsa heard the girl's voice, and felt sad for her. They were going to remove her limbs. Nimbly walking over to the girl's side, she crouched down, placing a hand under the girl's right hand and another on top of it. "Don't be scared, child. We're only trying to help. You'll feel better soon, you'll see..." She said, trying to reassure the young kid. She was so young... She glances at Anya. Did they have any anesthetic to administer to her?
